Wellington Wines Shiraz

The grapes were picked at optimum maturity and fermented dry on the skins at 26°C. Thereafter the free run portion was placed in second and third fill oak barrels for 14 months and in tank for micro oxygenation.

Tasting Notes

Warm and inviting nutty aromas are nuanced with wood, smoke and spice. A palate of ripe red berry fruit complemented by silky tannins.
