Wellington Wines Pinotage

The grapes were picked at optimum maturity and fermented dry on the skins at 24°C. Thereafter the free run portion was aged in oak barrels for 14 months.

Tasting Notes

A bright ruby red Pinotage with elegant flavours of ripe plum and fruitcake. Hints of strawberry carries through on the palate with subtle oak finishing the mouthfeel.
