Wellington Wines Cabernet Sauvignon

A selection of different pre-selected vineyards. The grapes were picked at optimum maturity and fermented dry on the skin at 25 degrees Celsius. Thereafter the free run portion was aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes

A perfect example of a modern day Cabernet Sauvignon, with typical red cherry, prune and spicy aromas on the nose. The spice and wood aromas shows well on the palate. A well balanced wine.
