Wellington Wines Chardonnay

Grapes were picked at optimum ripeness, after which the juice was cold fermented to capture all the beautiful Chardonnay flavours. After fermentation the wine was kept on the fine lees for 3 months for extra mouthfeel, after which the wine was cleaned for bottling.

Tasting Notes

A bright green-gold unwooded Chardonnay with tropical aromas on the nose that carries through on the palate with lingering citrus aftertaste.
